Privacy Policy

The short version

Sugarfall Valley does not collect, store, sell or share any personal information. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and the game sends nothing about you or your play anywhere.

What stays on your device

Your progress — levels, stars, sugar, boosters, records, settings and the name you give your bakery — is saved on your iPhone or iPad only. It never leaves the device. Deleting the game deletes it. If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, that backup may include the game's save, under Apple's own terms.

Buying the game

Sugarfall Valley is a paid download sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase; we never see your payment details. There are no in-app purchases.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.

Changes

If a future version ever changes any of this, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
